Key Responsibilities

•Interrogate large, sophisticated datasets to identify workforce, reward, and talent patterns and opportunities for evidence-based insight
•Lead analytics engagements from problem definition through data preparation, methodology selection, model development, validation and interpretation of results
•Synthesize quantitative outputs into clear narratives and practical recommendations for HR and organizational decision-makers
•Define data strategy and analytical framework, balancing technical depth with commercial feasibility
•Craft compelling client proposals and demonstrate commercial leadership in understanding pay equity and workforce analytics

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or Mathematics; analytics postgraduate training is beneficial
•Experience with statistical methods and techniques such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, segmentation, and trend analysis
•Hands-on experience with large HR, reward, compensation, and workforce datasets using Python, R, SQL or similar tools
•Significant consulting/ corporate analytics experience in pay equity, compensation, workforce or people analytics with multi-country context
•Strong data visualization and dashboarding capabilities using Tableau or Power BI
