Key Responsibilities

  • •Examination of insurance cover including pre-claims and premium check.
  • •Examination of entitlement to benefits in accordance with the terms and conditions of insurance.
  • •Assessment of medical facts and diagnoses.
  • •Settlement and payment of the service entitlement to our customers; written correspondence with our customers.
  • •Conducting customer-oriented telephone calls.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed training as a social security clerk, health care clerk, medical assistant or comparable training.
  • •Experience in the use of MS Office and other IT systems.
  • •Very good knowledge of German language (C1) as well as good written and spoken English skills.
  • •Strong customer orientation.
  • •Communication and teamwork skills.
