Key Responsibilities

  • •Define procurement data standards, reporting logic, and data governance principles to establish a trusted single source of truth.
  • •Own the global procurement dashboard landscape, KPI architecture, reporting framework, and ensure outputs are accurate, timely, and relevant.
  • •Improve data quality, consistency, and transparency across systems and processes; partner with Digital, IT and Finance to address data gaps.
  • •Translate procurement performance data into actionable insights, identifying trends, risks, gaps, and value opportunities for leadership decisions.
  • •Provide leadership and direction to procurement analysts, setting common ways of working and driving adoption of data, KPIs, and insights.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, data ownership, and reporting standards.
  • •Ability to design scalable KPI frameworks, reporting structures, and performance measurement approaches.
  • •Practical experience building analytics and visualisation solutions with Power BI, Tableau or comparable platforms.
  • •Proven experience managing data across enterprise systems such as ERP, procurement, finance, and reporting platforms.
  • •Experience establishing and governing KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting solutions across multiple stakeholders; procurement experience is an advantage.
