Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a team responsible for capital transactions across the Group.
  • •Ensure timely, efficient completion of Treasury projects by managing priorities and resources.
  • •Implement and monitor the Group’s capital structure to maintain a balanced approach between debt and equity.
  • •Oversee the readiness and execution of funding, including financing documents, debt issuances, equity raising, and closing requirements.
  • •Manage the existing debt portfolio and coordinate Treasury projects to optimize financing terms, cost efficiency, timelines, and budgets.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep understanding of debt and equity financing, including debt restructuring, reprofiling, and capital structure optimization.
  • •Proficiency in developing financial models, conducting risk assessments, and evaluating complex funding options.
  • •Expertise in executing financing transactions and ensuring timely completion of conditions precedent (CPs) and closing requirements.
  • •Advanced knowledge of financial software and tools for modeling and analysis.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills; plus minimum 20 years’ experience and 15 years in a relevant management/leadership position (5 years GCC experience is a plus).
