Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise installation of ICSS hardware, including system cabinets, marshalling cabinets, operator stations, and network equipment.
  • •Verify control and network equipment, power supply and grounding systems, and wiring terminations against design drawings.
  • •Coordinate and assist in ICSS Site Acceptance Test (SAT) activities, including loop checks and functional testing of control loops, interlocks, and safety instrumented functions.
  • •Maintain updated red-line markups of ICSS GA drawings, wiring diagrams, and cause & effect matrices; track punch list clearance and system handover readiness.
  • •Diagnose and resolve ICSS hardware/software issues and support integration with DCS, ESD, F&G, and PLC systems while coordinating with construction teams and vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Control Engineering, Electrical (or equivalent).
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience with ICSS/DCS/ESD/F&G systems within oil & gas or refinery projects.
  • •Hands-on experience commissioning and troubleshooting control systems.
  • •Experience with Honeywell Experion Process Knowledge System (EPKS) DCS is an advantage.
