Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and orchestrate bids across qualification and planning through submission and handover
  • •Own the end-to-end bid management process across qualification, planning, submission, and handover
  • •Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams (sales, solution, finance, legal, delivery) through tight timelines
  • •Govern the proposal plan, risk register, and quality reviews to maintain control and compliance through each pursuit phase
  • •Shape and execute winning strategies and collaborate with Sales and Solution Directors on win themes, pricing, and value messaging

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in leading and mentoring bid/proposal teams; ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex pursuits
  • •Proven track record in bid strategy, procurement, and commercial governance with strong commercial and communication skills
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end bid lifecycle from qualification to handover
  • •Experience using AI tools for bid design, content creation, and analysis (e.g., AutogenAI, Copilot, Mindtickle)
