Lead a production shift to help your team produce quality packaging for customers while keeping operations safe and efficient. Oversee daily safety priorities, facilitate safety meetings, and drive corrective actions related to hazards, stoppages, and incidents. Coach and motivate employees, support training and development, and collaborate with leadership on quality and operational goals, including performance feedback and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the activities of all team employees under the direction of the Production Supervisor.
•Run your shift according to standards to support optimal plant efficiency.
•Act as a role model for safety and ensure safety/housekeeping hazards are addressed immediately.
•Lead safety risk assessments and drive prioritized corrective/preventive actions for environmental, health, or safety risks.
•Motivate, coach, and provide performance feedback; support training, documentation, and employee appraisal input.

Salary: USD 21 - 23 hourly

Key Requirements
