Job Summary

Supervise production staff to meet EHS, quality, on-time delivery, line efficiency, labor productivity, and operator discipline. Oversee flow line schedules and targets for current and projected orders, drive in-process quality improvements (RTY, FQC), and lead daily cross-functional issue resolution across the value stream. Implement 5S, visual management, TPM, and rapid improvement/Kaizen to drive operational excellence and cost savings while coaching leaders and operators.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement and oversee the flow line production schedule and targets to meet sales order requirements.
•Manage operator safety by enforcing IR EHS rules and addressing unsafe behavior/status on site.
•Own in-process quality control for the production line, improving RTY and FQC through timely checks and changes.
•Drive line matrix performance including line efficiency and labor productivity; control and optimize HC and OT.
•Lead continuous improvement activities including 5S/visual management/TPM/DMI, rapid improvement experiments, and Kaizen, and coach line leaders/operators to meet standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Refrigeration, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
•Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
•Strong planning and problem analysis/resolution skills.
•Team-oriented leadership with strong interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work all shifts and be bilingual in English and Mandarin.
