Job Summary

Join the SRE team to keep qlub’s software reliable and highly available as the company scales across markets. You’ll own uptime and incident response through monitoring and alerting, automate repetitive operational work, and define SLIs/SLOs to continuously improve reliability. Lead postmortems and root-cause analysis, and use proactive capacity planning to ensure systems perform well under load. Work closely with technical teams and operators.

•Own uptime and reliability by setting up monitoring and alerting and responding to outages
•Automate repetitive operational tasks to reduce issue investigation and incident response time
•Define and track SLIs, SLAs, and SLOs to quantify and improve service reliability
•Lead postmortems and root-cause analysis to prevent repeat incidents
•Perform proactive capacity planning to ensure systems scale and run efficiently under load

Key Requirements

•Relevant Computer Science / Engineering degree
•Minimum 1 year of experience in the software industry
•Fluency in English
•Experience with monitoring systems such as Grafana, Prometheus, or Datadog
•Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Go or Python)
