Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead organization-wide teams of data science professionals on complex projects to mine data using modern tools and programming languages.
  • •Define and deploy data mining and modeling capabilities (patterns and predictions) that create business value and innovation.
  • •Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate and foster data-driven innovation, providing domain expertise across initiatives.
  • •Create and translate insights into effective visualizations and communicate designs, models, and data compliance regularly.
  • •Prepare and present literature, presentations, and invention disclosures for peer review and publication; provide guidance, training, and mentoring to less experienced staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year or graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Typically 10+ years of work experience in data analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, or a related field.
  • •Strong expertise in algorithms and statistical modeling, including predictive modeling and deep learning.
  • •Hands-on capability with modern data tools and cloud/Big Data technologies such as AWS and Apache Spark.
  • •Programming proficiency in Python or R and SQL for data mining, modeling, and analysis.
