Key Responsibilities

  • •Report to the Senior Director – SMAI and drive AI-enabled cost reduction/improvement initiatives across procurement and manufacturing.
  • •Own the product backlog and roadmap for AI-enabled cost solutions, translating cost improvement ideas into quantified savings.
  • •Shape and deliver a portfolio of AI & generative AI use cases across spend/commodity intelligence, supplier intelligence, and contract analytics.
  • •Apply AI and advanced analytics to assess cost structures and optimize procurement and operational workflows (cash cost and capital spend).
  • •Establish before/after measurement frameworks and coordinate delivery across business units to achieve timely, sustainable benefits.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5–10 years of experience in cost projects and cost initiatives within operations/procurement functions.
  • •Familiarity with processes, systems, and solutions, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • •Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/generative AI and advanced analytics use cases for cost and procurement with measurable dollar and efficiency impact.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead and present to small and large groups.
  • •Proven ability to work multi-functionally with peers and senior/mid-level management, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organization skills.
