Job Summary

Lead client engagements as a trusted advisor across digital strategy, experience, and AI adoption. Facilitate high-impact workshops, translate ambiguity into clear roadmaps, and craft executive-ready presentations. Design adoption approaches that shift behavior and partner with delivery teams to ensure solutions land and stick. Measure impact through adoption, usage, and business outcomes, while mentoring consultants and supporting practice growth and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead client engagements and act as a day-to-day trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including C-suite and agency leadership.
•Design and facilitate workshops across discovery, visioning, prioritisation, and co-creation to drive decisions.
•Apply design thinking and human-centred design to reimagine digital products, services, and operating models, and develop roadmaps and action plans.
•Shape change strategies (stakeholder mapping, communications, enablement) and design adoption approaches that shift behaviour.
•Lead and mentor consultants, set quality standards for client outputs, and support sales activities such as discovery workshops and proposal shaping.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
•3+ years of experience in consulting, digital strategy, design thinking/experience design, or digital transformation.
•Experience working in a management consulting firm.
•Experience managing client change management; AI / Gen AI / Co-Pilot project experience is a plus.
•Experience engaging senior client stakeholders and leading workshops and client conversations.
