•Oversee the full lifecycle of large, multi-year aviation programs from planning through construction.
•Provide executive-level leadership and strategic direction to technical teams and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
•Establish program governance, performance metrics, and reporting structures, including dashboards and executive summaries.
•Manage budgets, schedules, risk registers, change control, and cost forecasts; resolve issues impacting cost, schedule, quality, safety, and operational continuity.
•Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, supporting performance reviews, recruitment, succession planning, and continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 310,000 annually

•Master’s degree in Engineering, Planning, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
•PMP certification (or equivalent).
