Key Responsibilities

  • •Support major transportation programs and projects by overseeing cross-functional teams and managing budgets, tracking hours/expenses, task completion, cost, and compliance documentation.
  • •Develop and support project proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, resource plans, Estimate to Completes (ETCs), recovery plans, and invoices.
  • •Support change and quality management, including documenting scope changes, defining quality metrics, planning QA/QC activities, and developing contract change orders.
  • •Manage administration, contract compliance, and key financial elements across multiple portfolio contracts and multi-disciplinary projects; monitor progress, claims, and invoicing/payments.
  • •Provide regular project reporting and leadership to assigned project management staff, including guidance, performance management, and continuous project management and quality program support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or a related discipline.
  • •12+ years of relevant post-education experience with 5+ years on transit and transportation projects.
  • •Proficient understanding of the project delivery process within the A/E/C industry and strong experience in project management.
  • •Essential project management certification or equivalent experience (e.g., PMP, CAP-M).
  • •Highly proficient analytical, organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills, including technical writing proficiency and the ability to lead and guide teams to QA/QC adherence.
