Retail Sales Executive

Drive in-store sales by maintaining a strong sales floor presence and delivering excellent customer service. Build customer relationships, cross-sell and upsell, and apply product knowledge and selling techniques to hit monthly targets. Maintain shop cleanliness, stay current on products and promotions, and follow visual merchandising standards. Support stock replenishment, handle security risks and loss prevention, and complete required training while addressing customer complaints and escalating when needed.
