Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop technical architecture, frameworks, and strategies for a major application area to meet business and application requirements.
  • •Provide guidance on set-up, configuration, and customization of technical applications, ensuring integration across deployed solutions.
  • •Act as the highest point of in-house escalation for complex user issue diagnosis and resolution, and work with vendor resources when needed.
  • •Monitor industry trends and ensure solutions align with company direction while continuously identifying and implementing configuration and usage improvements.
  • •Review and maintain application documentation (procedures, process flows, and instructions) to support technical queries and workflow changes, and train/coach less experienced support staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum ISCED Level 6 (Bachelor’s) or equivalent technical training relevant to the supported applications.
  • •Certified training or equivalent experience in one or more technical applications.
  • •Several years’ experience working in a project execution environment.
  • •Ability to assess client and contractual requirements and translate them into a project-ready environment.
  • •Thorough understanding of application configuration and ongoing project support.
