Engage inbound leads and proactively outreach to target accounts to help users navigate their Grafana journey. Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, deliver relevant resources, and identify opportunities for the Sales team to grow the pipeline. Build knowledge of Grafana technology, competitors, and open-source industry trends while using Salesforce and Grafana dashboards for lead and account research. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales in a remote, fast-paced environment.
