Key Responsibilities

  • •Work within an integrated planning, cost, and risk environment to optimize resource use and complete work plan scope within budget and time constraints.
  • •Ensure established planning and scheduling methodology is followed; develop project milestone and progress tracking baselines.
  • •Assess subcontractor compliance with the scheduling methodology and contribute to development of the Work Breakdown Structure for performance measurement.
  • •Perform schedule data analysis to identify trends, issues, and attention areas; communicate and collaborate with internal and external clients on the project schedule.
  • •Lead schedule reporting, schedule forecast updates, and schedule contingency management for specific work packages; coach and mentor the planning team and support SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 1,200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or related field; graduate degree in quantity/cost/construction management or engineering is preferred.
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in scheduling roles within the construction industry.
  • •Experience working in complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments with proactive coordination for project/program success.
  • •Practical exposure to network planning structures; experienced user of Primavera Project Planner 6.0 (or above) and Microsoft Project.
  • •Ability to assist with wider business initiatives (including responding to RFPs) and demonstrate strong presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.
