Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Client Service team, including direction, coordination, and evaluation of employees.
  • •Work with clients to open and/or service portfolio accounts per Wealth Advisor requests and attend client meetings as needed.
  • •Develop and refine client service practice standards, including policies, procedures, best practices, and onboarding quality controls.
  • •Coordinate with third-party custodial service teams to ensure effective and efficient engagement and service standards.
  • •Complete performance reviews, support training and goals, and ensure communication between Client Service and other departments, especially Operations and Wealth Advisory.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.), preferably in business, finance, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of experience in client service.
  • •Prior leadership/management experience is preferable.
  • •Prior experience with Fidelity and/or Schwab custodial platforms.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); CRM and portfolio accounting/document management experience is a plus.
