Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete a 3-month trainee programme to become a fully qualified Customer Delivery Technician with a C1 driving licence.
  • •Perform daily checks and help load your vehicle with daily deliveries alongside the warehouse team.
  • •Deliver and install products in customers’ homes as part of a two-person delivery crew.
  • •Provide excellent customer service and handle unexpected situations with respect and courtesy.
  • •Adhere to legal driving regulations, including the Working Time Directive and EU regulations, to maintain a safe working environment.
