Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand and prioritise client needs by collaborating with sales to gather requirements and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • •Source and match consultants by identifying, screening, and preparing candidates for interviews, then presenting them to clients.
  • •Coordinate placement processes by arranging interviews, collecting feedback, and supporting deal closure for a smooth transition.
  • •Ensure successful delivery by overseeing contract compliance, managing replacements when needed, and maintaining ongoing communication with clients and consultants.
  • •Maintain records and reporting by tracking candidate information, placements, and resourcing activities and providing regular reports to management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • •Proven experience in Resource Management, IT Recruitment, or Technical Staffing operations.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • •Hands-on experience with ATS management, talent database optimisation, and resourcing analytics reporting.
