Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead QA/QC and inspection activities for major site infrastructure, horizontal sitework, vertical construction replacement and modernization projects.
  • •Prepare daily reports, review RFIs and submittals, develop and review punch lists, maintain testing and project logs, and verify payment schedules.
  • •Evaluate and apply standard engineering techniques to meet basic engineering and construction specifications.
  • •Utilize knowledge of site drawings, MOT plans, specifications, and end-user policies to ensure conformance.
  • •Conduct daily site safety inspections and toolbox meetings; perform walk-downs and inspections of installed commodities to ensure compliance.

Salary: USD 80,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS + 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • •Construction Management Experience
  • •Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass MVR review
  • •US citizenship is required
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Engineering, or GIS (preferred)
