Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage with business teams to observe workflows, identify information flows and decision points, and uncover where AI can remove bottlenecks and manual work.
  • •Translate loosely defined business challenges into technical problem statements, solution architectures, and delivery plans.
  • •Design, build, and ship production AI applications, agents, integrations, and workflow automations using modern programming languages.
  • •Connect structured and unstructured data across enterprise systems via pipelines, retrieval systems, and well-designed interfaces to make it reliably usable by AI applications.
  • •Establish rigorous evaluations and success metrics, uphold security/data protection/privacy/compliance standards, and drive adoption through documentation, training, and feedback.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience designing, building, and operating production systems with a strong software engineering foundation.
  • •Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or comparable languages, with experience across APIs, cloud platforms, distributed systems, and enterprise integrations.
  • •Practical experience building applications with large language models, including agents, retrieval-augmented generation, tool use, and orchestration.
  • •Facility with data pipelines, databases, retrieval systems, and making imperfect enterprise data usable for AI applications.
  • •Experience deploying AI or data-intensive systems in large enterprises or regulated environments, partnering with senior business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
