Lead complex, high-impact thermoforming engineering projects across multiple locations, bringing deep expertise to improve safety, execution, and outcomes. Define project scopes, manage teams and stakeholders, and drive accountability for budgets, schedules, and delivery. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure equipment is delivered to spec, source materials with vendors, and support continuous improvement and kaizen initiatives, including technology evaluation and commissioning.

•Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure equipment delivery is safe, on time, and to specification; coordinate vendors and purchasing.
•Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and implementing new technologies and overseeing installations, startups, and training.
