Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical strategy for SEO/AEO systems at scale, translating growth goals into a prioritized roadmap, metrics, and durable architecture.
  • •Lead end-to-end delivery for major initiatives including new ingestion sources, indexing and serving improvements, and content generation workflows through launch and operational readiness.
  • •Raise the bar on reliability, quality, and observability by building guardrails, alerting, dashboards, and incident-ready runbooks.
  • •Drive experimentation and measurement loops with Product, Data, and cross-functional partners to validate impact, diagnose regressions, and improve performance.
  • •Mentor and multiply the team by setting engineering standards, reviewing designs, coaching engineers, and aligning across teams when shared ownership is required.
