Job Summary

Lead SAP S/4HANA PP and QM workstreams in large transformation programs, owning end-to-end Plan-to-Produce and Quality-to-Release solution design, delivery governance, and adoption of best practices. Key Responsibilities

•Lead PP and QM workstreams in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and own end-to-end Plan-to-Produce and Quality processes.
•Drive solution design and hands-on configuration for SAP PP and SAP QM, ensuring adoption of S/4HANA manufacturing and quality simplifications.
•Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops, business process harmonization, and assess/manage custom code (RICEFW) impacts for PP/QM.
•Coordinate integration across MM, WM/EWM, SD, PM, and FI/CO teams, and collaborate with ABAP/CPI teams on enhancements and interfaces.
•Lead testing (unit, SIT, UAT), cutover planning for production orders/batches/inspection lots, and provide go-live/hypercare support while mentoring PP/QM consultants.

Key Requirements

•10–12+ years of SAP experience with hands-on expertise in SAP PP (Discrete and/or Process Manufacturing) and SAP QM.
•At least 2–3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation projects in a Lead role.
•Experience with S/4HANA MRP and production execution simplifications, plus QM integration with MM and PP, including batch/serial and inspection lot processing.
•Experience leading PP / QM delivery in large SAP programs, with strong stakeholder management and communication.
•SAP S/4HANA PP or QM certification (preferred) and familiarity with SAP Activate methodology (preferred).
