Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the company’s investor relations strategy, ensuring the investment community understands strategy, performance, growth opportunities, transformation priorities, and long-term value creation objectives.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, CFO, and Board on investor sentiment, valuation drivers, capital allocation perspectives, market dynamics, and emerging risks and opportunities.
  • •Create and continually evolve the investment thesis and external financial narrative, translating complex technology, product architecture, software and cloud business models into clear value drivers.
  • •Lead proactive investor targeting and engagement, building relationships with investors, sell-side analysts, rating agencies, and broader capital markets stakeholders; execute investor-facing communications (earnings materials, presentations, Analyst Days, conferences, roadshows, annual meeting support).
  • •Gather and synthesize market intelligence and partner with Finance, Legal, Communications, Strategy, and business leaders to ensure accurate, transparent, consistent, and compliant investor communications and public disclosures; lead and develop the IR function.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • •12+ years of progressive experience in Investor Relations, Finance, Treasury, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Strategy, or a related capital markets discipline, supporting enterprise software, cloud/SaaS, digital infrastructure, or high-tech publicly traded companies.
  • •5+ years of leadership experience within Investor Relations, Finance, Capital Markets, or a related function, with demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence senior executives and external stakeholders.
  • •Significant public-company Investor Relations experience, including direct involvement in earnings, investor and analyst engagement, public disclosures, and executive preparation.
  • •Strong knowledge of SEC regulations, Regulation FD, disclosure requirements, securities laws, and public-company reporting obligations.
