Lead and grow the Agent product team responsible for the world’s best Agentic Video Editor, overseeing 5-6 engineers, collaborating with Product, Design, AI Research, and other teams to drive beta-to-GA progress, data-driven experimentation, and architectural excellence in multimodal video editing workflows.

•Own execution: Manage team priorities, align with stakeholders, adapt plans to maximize outcomes, and maintain high delivery standards through planning and follow-through
•Define team direction: Align customer needs with product vision and technical realities in collaboration with Product, Design, and AI Research to set clear priorities
•Develop your team: Recruit, mentor, and grow engineers, provide feedback, and create opportunities for ICs while addressing underperformance
•Drive operational excellence: Ensure predictable, reliable, and sustainable execution by implementing best practices in project management and engineering processes
•Maintain the technical bar: Guide architectural decisions, balance design tradeoffs, address tech debt, and deliver high-quality, reliable systems

•Technical Judgment: Strong technical background with the ability to guide architectural decisions, evaluate tradeoffs, and maintain engineering excellence without being hands-on day-to-day
•Effective Communicator: Communicates clearly and effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, and thrives in collaborative environments working closely with Product, Design, and Research partners
