Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with hiring managers to manage university and early talent hiring, including job postings, candidate pipelines, and offer extensions.
  • •Guide candidates through a high-touch interview process and host candidates onsite for your pipelines and fellow coordinators.
  • •Maintain strict ATS data hygiene and documentation standards to support recruiting metrics and compliance.
  • •Continuously evaluate workflows to improve team efficiency and candidate experience.
  • •Support ad-hoc talent acquisition projects and campus events as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 1,750 weekly
