Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a senior advisor to Product, Commercial, and Regional leadership to shape the financial architecture for priority CNPF product lines.
  • •Lead financial planning cycles, supporting monthly/quarterly close with variance analysis vs. budget, forecasts, and prior year.
  • •Implement and maintain regional revenue forecast and budgeting processes, ensuring data integrity in planning tools and accurate reconciliations across markets and divisions.
  • •Build and deliver management reporting packages and executive-ready financial presentations, generating performance insights and identifying risks/opportunities.
  • •Provide business partnering support by challenging assumptions and delivering actionable insights for pricing strategies, investment decisions, and market expansion.

Key Requirements

  • •Chartered Accountant or CPA, or an MBA Finance with advanced knowledge of financial planning and management.
  • •8+ years’ experience in FP&A, business partnering, or financial analysis within payments, banking, or fintech sectors.
  • •Strong expertise in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • •Good knowledge of business intelligence tools and financial systems/applications (e.g., Hyperion Planning; PPL; Oracle; Power BI/Tableau).
  • •Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
