Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate business priorities into renewals strategy, operating model, and transformation roadmap.
  • •Define and evolve global renewal lifecycle milestones, workflows, engagement models, roles, and decision rights across regions and segments.
  • •Establish renewal motions and risk frameworks (customer health, adoption, engagement, commercial/account signals), including intervention triggers and Save Plans.
  • •Operationalize commercial strategies with Sales and Finance (pricing, uplifts, discount governance, multi-year offers, retention programs) and track rollout adoption.
  • •Run cross-functional interlocks, governance, and dashboards to translate performance data into leadership-ready insights and continuous improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 153,000 - 273,460 annually

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in SaaS, enterprise technology, or another recurring-revenue business with renewals, customer success, revenue operations, and/or sales strategy experience.
  • •Translate business strategy into scalable global operating models, programs, and field execution.
  • •Strong understanding of renewal lifecycle management, retention, renewal risk, forecasting, and recurring-revenue economics.
  • •Lead complex cross-functional transformation spanning process, data, technology, enablement, and organizational change.
  • •Experience with CRM/customer success and forecasting platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, Clari) and hands-on program leadership for strategic initiatives.
