Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the ultimate technical authority for the Manufacturing domain for the BL FLX within the DA HW organization
  • •Ensure the validity of manufacturing and industrialization technical choices across applicable scope and lifecycle
  • •Evaluate and provide independent technical expertise (“check & balance”) for domain activities and ensure compliance, repeatability, cadence, and cost
  • •Drive validation of technical choices from R&T review through development/production issue resolution aligned with industrial strategy
  • •Foster co-engineering in design and identify technical/industrial product-process risks, opportunities, and new technologies/procedures
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •BAC+5 training with strong mastery of series production activities, gained through roles in producing electronic equipment
  • •Deep knowledge of series production functions: procurement, fabrication, and delivery
  • •Technical expertise across multiple hardware disciplines/products and architectures
  • •Experience working in international teams
  • •Ability to lead and federate multiple métiers, including in potentially conflicting relationships
