Job Summary

Build end-to-end internal products for Finance and Supply Chain, taking projects from problem discovery through rollout and production support. You’ll design React and TypeScript user experiences backed by Python services and APIs, create integrations with enterprise systems (including Oracle Fusion and Zip), and implement durable workflows using Temporal. Apply AI models and agentic systems with validation and operational safeguards while owning quality via testing, monitoring, and incident response.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the full product lifecycle for internal applications, from problem definition through rollout, measurement, and ongoing improvement.
•Build internal user experiences with React and TypeScript, supported by well-designed Python services and APIs.
•Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems (Oracle Fusion, Zip), owning API contracts, authentication/permissions, validation, data mapping, and safe writes.
•Build durable workflows and agentic systems using Temporal (or similar), including retries, idempotency, human approval, audit logs, observability, replay, and backfill.
•Apply AI models and agents to business workflows with validation, evaluation, human review, and operational safeguards; maintain production quality through testing and monitoring.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 385,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production software.
•Experience building products or internal tools from idea to production with tradeoffs for changing requirements.
•Strong Python backend experience with comfort building services and APIs; FastAPI experience is helpful.
•Proficiency with React and TypeScript (or strong willingness to work across the stack).
•Experience with relational databases (e.g., Postgres or MySQL) and with integrations, distributed systems, and asynchronous workflows that safely handle failures and retries.
