Job Summary

Lead day-to-day operations for assigned Landmark Leisure units, driving store targets across sales and non-financial KPIs. Manage outlet budgets, profitability, inventory/replenishment, pricing alignment, and returns. Partner with mall and external stakeholders while ensuring strict compliance with SOPs, customer service standards, health and safety, and employment/state policies. Coach frontline teams and team leaders to improve performance, ownership, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive sales and commercial performance by overseeing outlet budgets, maximizing sales/profitability, and conducting in-store reviews to analyze customer profiles and recommend improvements.
•Ensure strong operational controls by managing costs (goods and staffing), delivering SOPs, and meeting customer service standards.
•Own inventory and procurement activities including stock line communication, pricing alignment, managing returns, ensuring redemption counter line availability, and following seasonal event/product calendars.
•Support business management and development by identifying new opportunities, rolling out new projects with agreed costing/staffing, monitoring local/mall developments, and coordinating promotions with stakeholders.
•Lead people management by serving as a role model, handling feedback and disciplinary/grievance matters, and ensuring staff skill development and team-building initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Hotel Management, Retail Hospitality Management, or Commerce graduation (or equivalent).
•MBA (or equivalent).
•5 years of experience.
•3 years in Leisure, Retail, or Hospitality, preferably with full P&L responsibility for a single business unit.
•Advanced knowledge of retail processes plus entertainment/leisure, including merchandising, stock management, and inventory processes.
