Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and modify preliminary equipment layouts based on customer input.
  • •Produce documents to assist with securing construction contractor bids and create as-built documents after construction.
  • •Integrate third-party vendor drawings into existing building drawing sets.
  • •Convert files from Teamcenter, Sketch-up, Revu Bluebeam, PDF, or others into Revit and AutoCAD.
  • •Perform feasibility assessments and provide baseline preconstruction services, including preliminary budget estimates/schedules, while coordinating permit acquisition/closeout with the City of Hawthorne.

Key Requirements
