Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead key product strategy workstreams for the Creative Pro audience across Lightroom surfaces (desktop, mobile, and web).
  • •Identify high-value opportunities across professional workflows (ingest, culling, editing, retouching, masking, batch editing, collaboration, client review, delivery, and archive).
  • •Represent professional photographers by serving as a trusted voice across genres and bringing hands-on photography fluency into reviews, prototypes, roadmap discussions, launch planning, and executive conversations.
  • •Partner with advanced technology, design, and engineering teams to shape AI, agent, and automation capabilities into experiences photographers rely on.
  • •Ground decisions in insight by connecting customer and usage research, product quality, adoption, retention, monetization, and competitive differentiation into structured product recommendations.

  • •Proven senior product leadership experience defining strategy and shipping high-impact products for creative, media, or workflow-intensive customers.
