•Define, prioritize, and manage the backlog/roadmap for the COBOL application to meet QA, automation, and demo needs.
•Balance patching existing logic vs. engineering new scalable capabilities for modern testing frameworks.
•Write, test, and deploy COBOL code to add features and enhance application capabilities.
•Support stable operations and integrations with CI/CD pipelines and middleware.
•Serve as an internal technical advisor/SME to help other product teams build test environments and demo scenarios using the applications.

•12+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a heavy focus on enterprise COBOL development in IBM mainframe or mainframe-emulation environments.
•Bachelors with 12+ years related experience, or Masters with 10+ years related experience.
•High proficiency building applications leveraging mainframe subsystems such as Db2, IMS, CICS, IDMS, and Datacom.
•Experience leading technical initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
•Experience with source code management tools such as Endevor and GitHub.
