Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead sales and participate in Visa Consulting & Analytics project delivery for clients in Czechia.
  • •Drive meaningful business relationships between Visa and key clients.
  • •Deliver revenue and margin targets across the subcluster and manage project costs to agreed budgets and timeframes.
  • •Lead and deliver projects using internal and external staff as appropriate to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • •Understand client business objectives, identify opportunities, and develop digital business solution concepts to grow client businesses.

Key Requirements

  • •In depth management consulting experience is required; experienced Manager or fresh Senior Manager.
  • •Extensive knowledge of the Czech banking and payments sector.
  • •Strong client relationship management skills, including senior executive level, preferably in financial services.
  • •Ability to structure project proposals (needs/problem statement, approach, deliverables) and lead high-quality delivery with small teams of consultants, data analysts, and external suppliers.
  • •Excellent spoken and written command of Czech/Slovak and English, plus advanced analytical and presentation/communication skills.
