Job Summary

Drive inventory optimization across the region by aligning machine fleet insights, customer demand, and supply chain strategy. Develop and execute inventory plans for regional and local distribution points to balance service levels, uptime, and working capital. Partner with supply chain teams and customer centers to track performance metrics, identify imbalances, and lead continuous improvement. Serve as a subject matter expert for global inventory management systems and governance.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement regional inventory strategies aligned with corporate goals, optimizing inventory investment while maintaining targeted service levels.
•Manage stocking and assortment across regional distribution centers and local warehouses, including evaluations, approvals, and periodic reviews of stocking policies.
•Define and track inventory performance indicators, identify imbalances and service gaps, and coordinate cross-functional actions to improve service while minimizing excess.
•Advise customer centers, regional supply chain teams, product companies, and global planning functions to align inventory strategies and availability targets.
•Act as a super user for global inventory management systems—maintaining replenishment parameters, streamlining planning processes, and supporting transformation projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, business management, or a related field.
•5–10 years’ experience in inventory management, supply chain planning, demand planning, or logistics.
•Proven expertise in inventory optimization, replenishment strategies, and multi-echelon supply chains.
•Strong analytical skills with ERP systems and inventory planning tools (including Microsoft Excel and Power BI).
•Experience in regional/global supply chain environments with knowledge of S&OP and IBP (spare parts/aftermarket planning advantageous).
