Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink, and root-cause inventory accuracy issues with the General Manager.
  • •Manage operational execution including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Champion strong visual standards and support a safe work environment through strong stockroom standards and processes.
  • •Partner with Operations & Visual Managers on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
  • •Oversee Operations Associates, including recruitment, development, performance evaluation, and ongoing feedback; collaborate to execute operations directives, projects, and store openings/closings.
