Key Responsibilities

  • •Support a 24x7 work environment and respond to incidents and problems across varying complexity.
  • •Lead assessment, diagnosis, and resolution of high-priority incidents by running and leading priority situations.
  • •Administer and automate tasks in tools such as ServiceNow and Splunk within a network management architecture.
  • •Diagnose issues across operating system, hardware, network, and related software across compute, virtualization, and multi-cloud environments.
  • •Partner with delivery teams to coordinate incident response, make recommendations for infrastructure improvements, and drive real business outcomes.
