Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the project management team in design management under the guidance of a Senior Design Manager.
  • •Take responsibility for parts of the design management scope in general planning across possible task areas.
  • •Coordinate and steer interdepartmental overall coordination across disciplines and trades.
  • •Monitor and ensure compliance with construction costs, schedules, and contractually owed services.
  • •Lead project teams and oversee work quality, coordinating with cross-office and international teams (remote work).

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in architecture or a comparable field.
  • •At least 10 years of professional experience since master/diploma, including at least 4 years in LPH 3–4 and 4 additional years in LPH 5.
  • •Experience in planning, coordinating, and delivering planning projects in Germany and ideally also internationally.
  • •First experience leading a planning team and in project management is beneficial.
  • •Strong knowledge of German building regulations and environmental requirements, plus interest in digital building processes and planning methods.
