Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and ship moderately sized frontend features and improvements with minimal guidance, making pragmatic architectural choices.
  • •Turn ambiguous customer and product needs into clear technical plans and intuitive, accessible experiences.
  • •Advocate for product quality, security, accessibility, performance, maintainability, and operational readiness across the development lifecycle.
  • •Establish and improve practices for frontend architecture, styling, component design, testing, observability, maintainable code, and responsible use of AI and agentic tools.
  • •Diagnose and prevent frontend performance and reliability issues at scale using observability and participate in incident response or on-call under team ownership.
