Key Responsibilities

•Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive at the restaurant and maintain a professional attitude toward guests and colleagues.
•Take and deliver food and beverage orders within the time parameters set by the resort while providing genuine hospitality.
•Ensure mise-en-place is correctly prepared prior to service and maintain knowledge of all food and beverage items offered.
•Coordinate with kitchen and service team; support special events and ensure smooth day-to-day operations on the restaurant floor.
•Demonstrate product knowledge, maintain restaurant and bar equipment layouts, and uphold company hygiene standards.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in an upscale 5* hotel/resort environment; strong F&B knowledge is a must.
