Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, iterate, build, and maintain functional and technical documents, communications, or policies to ensure compliance with department procedures.
  • •Support and coordinate team workshops, critical meetings, testing, and issue resolution to aid learning and development.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 4 years of experience designing, implementing, and operating an enterprise-class network in a medium/large organization, or at least 3 years in network architectures, security, and best practices for an enterprise network.
  • •At least 1 year of experience in incident management and resolution, managing software releases, and configuration management, including banking operations and related problems.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • •Cisco Certified Network Associate (Data Centre, Security, Route/Switch) or equivalent.
  • •ITIL Foundation course for IT Service Management, plus knowledge of network and network security technologies and protocols.
