Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end integration of autonomy software onto new vehicle platforms, including system architecture, interface definition, first engaged drive, and handoff.
  • •Design on-vehicle compute topology, network segmentation, power/data paths, and interfaces between autonomy compute, safety controllers, and vehicle ECUs.
  • •Build and validate drive-by-wire interfaces and bring up sensor suites (lidar, radar, camera) including drivers, time sync, and calibration.
  • •Own the Linux software baseline and configuration management for reproducible vehicles, and port control software to real-time embedded targets when needed.
  • •Create bench setups and on-vehicle test procedures with automation to catch regressions early and support fleet scaling without matching headcount.

Salary: USD 180,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years integrating software and hardware onto vehicles, robots, or other physical systems with real actuators and sensors.
  • •BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • •Strong C or C++ plus working Python, with experience writing/debugging code running on Linux and interfacing with hardware.
  • •Hands-on experience with automotive networks (CAN, CAN-FD, automotive Ethernet) and associated tooling.
  • •Demonstrated ownership of a full platform integration from architecture/interface definition through on-vehicle validation and handoff.
