Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and develop an Account Management team aligned with PeopleFirst values.
•Provide day-to-day guidance and direction to ensure clarity of roles, priorities, and expectations.
•Monitor team workload and capacity, balancing assignments and readiness for new clients and opportunities.
•Set performance expectations and deliver ongoing coaching, feedback, and regular check-ins.
•Join strategic, renewal, or difficult client meetings to strengthen relationships and ensure effective outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of Commercial Lines account management experience.
•Demonstrated leadership experience including staff management, performance management, coaching, training, and operational oversight.
•P&C Insurance License required.
•Professional insurance designation required (CIC, CISR, CPCU, CRM, AAI, etc.).
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and agency management systems (EPIC preferred).
