  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 30 assemblers/mechanics and multiple team leads.
  • •Build leadership capability within team leads through regular coaching, feedback, and development planning.
  • •Lead daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.
  • •Ensure disciplined daily management routines, including shift start/turnover/Tier meetings and performance reviews.

Key Requirements
