Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience designing and building backend systems, including architecting large-scale distributed systems in production using Go (Golang), Java, or comparable languages.
  • •Expertise in distributed systems and API design, including microservice architecture, event-driven systems, data consistency models, and failure/resilience patterns at scale.
  • •Architectural-level experience with public cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), including cost modeling and infrastructure strategy for large-scale systems.
  • •Strong proficiency with relational databases.
  • •Excellent communication skills to align engineers on technical direction and explain it clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
