  • •Partner with product, platform, and other engineering teams to align technical direction with business goals.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of backend engineering experience with a proven track record at IC6/Staff Engineer scope or equivalent.
  • •Experience leading large-scale, distributed systems with strong performance, reliability, and availability design.
  • •Experience with or a strong interest in prediction markets, sports betting, fantasy sports, trading platforms, or financial exchange systems.
  • •Strong technical leadership skills driving engineering excellence and influencing cross-functional outcomes without formal authority.
  • •Excellent communication and collaboration skills with product, leadership, and engineering stakeholders; B2C experience preferred.
